Exchange and Returns

Our warranty policy entitles you to a free repair of your luxury wolf part. This policy is only valid if you experience manufacturing defects or breakage and are void for any user damage issues (scratches, intentional breakage, water damage).

There is a €50/€65 repair fee if you experience problems in the future, after a replacement has been dispatched. 

Note: We do not accept returns on custom products or solid gold orders as they are made to order and cannot be resold. All sales of earrings are also final.

Cancel your order:

We can only cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, unless next day delivery is selected. We cannot cancel orders if your order has been packed and shipped. Email info@luxurywolfshop.com to request it.

we allow up to 7 days from the delivery date to request a refund. After this period of time, our system will not allow it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure you have tracking and proof of weight for the package you are returning.

Currently our DC holds any returned item for a 48 hour period for quarantine purposes. When your item is received, our DC will automatically process the refund or replacement, and then send a confirmation email. We currently do not cover the return shipping cost for the customer.

Please note that all items must be in the original package condition in order for us to accept your return. A return slip complete with address information will be automatically created within the returns system, which can be directly printed or emailed.
